Contracted for 8 weeks to assist in building the Hectic mobile app, client portal, and onboarding experience
Conducted in-depth research on onboarding design best-practices, including academic psychological concepts, SaaS product onboarding design, and education and developmental psychology
Applied academic research to build concept user flows, wireframes, and design components for the onboarding journey for users of the Hectic web app
Refined wireframes to craft 2 distinct onboarding user flows in Figma, to be prototyped for development and user testing
Utilized qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to design client portal dashboards for multiple types of users
Conducted user interviews and synthesized data to create new user personas, to inform design decisions for the Hectic mobile app
